Problem Statement
Designated as an art village in 2009 and recognized as an art district in 2020, the BelRed Arts District is home to an extensive amount of public art and art businesses.
The launch of East Link light rail in March 2024 will bring a significant increase in visitors to BelRed.This presents a great opportunity to showcase the area's vibrant art scene. However, the BelRed Arts District needs to find ways to increase its visibility and engagement within the community to promote local arts and foster stronger connections. Despite its rich creative and business potential, the district faces the challenge of getting more people involved and interested in the arts.

My Role
As the Lead Designer and Product Manager for the BelARt project, I was responsible for blending creative vision with strategic execution. My role involved overseeing the design aspects of the AR experiences, ensuring they were not only aesthetically appealing but also resonated with the users.
During that time, I led a cross-functional team, managed project timelines, and ensured our deliverables met stakeholder expectations.
